Our quoted fees are for up to and including six persons on a ‘whole’ boat charter basis.Parties over six in number for day trips are required to pay a 500 Baht per person supplement. 6 persons is also the maximum for overnight and multi day trips and for which there are no supplements to pay other than for requested purchases.

The fee includes:
- Transport to and from your accommodation
- All meals, fruits, snacks and soft drinks, including bottled water
- The use of all fishing equipment, entertainment systems and where available, snorkels and masks
You are also welcome to bring your own fishing rods and tackle and personal swim masks.
Please note: We do not have ‘join – ins’ and the boat is yours alone for the charter period. Under special circumstances we are prepared to make up a "share" boat should individual parties so request. |

- Transport* to and from the boat, meals, fruit, bottled water and soft drinks are inclusive in all trips. Our meals are normally a blend of western/Thai but if you have any dietary preferences or allergies please advise us. (*Transport only from/to Patong, Kata, Karon and Rawai).
- All overnight and multi-day charters require a 50 % deposit of the total fee to confirm the reservation. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being re-allocated.The balance of the fee can be paid once aboard the boat. Note: Fees will be accepted in Thai Baht
- All sailings are at the discretion of the vessel's owners and captain. Where any charter is cancelled by inclement weather we will, calendar permitting, try to get you out on the next available window of opportunity. If we cannot fulfill a charter, all monies paid shall be promptly returned less any expenses incurred.
- Where any cancellation to a charter is made by the vessel's owners due to mechanical or other operational circumstances beyond their control, the vessel's owners shall, with the charter party's agreement, try to obtain a comparable boat. Failure to obtain a boat, or, if requested by the chartering party, all monies paid shall be promptly returned less any expenses incurred.
- Note: Clients are reminded that the exchange rate of their domestic currency to Thai Baht is often far more favorable if the currency is converted to Baht by a local Thai Bank rather than by their home bank.

Gratuities : We are often asked how much charter parties should tip the crew. We make no recommendation other than to say our crew will always willingly do their best for you and it is for you to reward them as you see fit. If preferred, we will pass on your gratuity.
